Started using Visalus and really am loving it... You can check out my 90 Day Challenge and track my results. I will be weighing myself in weekly and updating my measurments as well. Before and after pictures will come at the end. The before pictures are already takin... I just can't bring myself to post them yet.. Not as flattering as I would like. Hence why they are before pictures.
Been out of the Crossfit seen for too long as well. I really miss it. hoping to get back in there this weekend. Between two jobs and two dogs. My life seems to never stop. I need a me day. 100% all about me. Ahh sounds so nice.
